Prices have recently been updated to reflect increases in our direct costs. Please contact us with any questions about pricing. FirstDay Cottage House kits currently cost approximately $30 per square foot for our basic 1 1/2 story cottages. For more specific prices of the different sizes and models see the chart below. These costs cover what is included in a basic kit. Some costs are variable dependent on the options and details selected, but we usually find our customers coming in close to this $30 per square foot number. |

Shipping is free within 100 miles of Walpole, NH. Beyond 100 miles, shipping is charged at cost by 3rd party carrier. Current shipping costs are roughly $2.25-$2.50 per mile from Walpole, NH. Special: For the months of December, January and February we offer up to $500 off shipping for full loads over 100 miles. |
