Can I build a FirstDay Cottage?
- Anyone CAN build a FirstDay. FirstDay Cottages have been built by
everyone from twenty something school teachers with children to seventy
year old retirees. If you have the determination, you can build one.
- FirstDay is serious about never failing. We encourage
all our customers to contact us frequently to get advice and support
throughout the project. We want to ensure that each house gets done
and that it is done right.
- FirstDay Cottages
are designed to be built anywhere. We have satisfied building codes
everywhere we have tried.
- We will help you get financing. FirstDay Cottages have
had little trouble being financed by conventional means. If needed, we will help you
find a bank and work with them to get financing.
